I've sold two houses using Falaya, and had a great experience each time. The first time I got the middle package, and got great support from Barret and the team. This time I went for the "economy" plan, as I've bought and sold quite a few houses by now. I still got good support, all the paperwork was done quickly. I accepted a decent (but not fantastic) cash offer and closed in two weeks. The Falaya team is very responsive, and easy to work with.I saved around $10,000 in total seller agent commissions in the two houses sold with Falaya. The communication was great regarding passing along information for showing the house to potential buyers and realtors.
