falaya.com (“ULD”) takes matters of privacy and information seriously. ULD operates an online listing service and serves consumers, real estate professionals, and other service providers connected to the real estate transaction. ULD is committed to the protection and security of the information provided by visitors to falaya.com (including the online and mobile versions) (hereinafter “Websites”). This Privacy Policy is set forth to help you understand the information collected by ULD. Your use of the Websites constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, and all future revisions thereto.
Application of Policy
This policy applies to the Websites, subdomains of the Websites, and their associated pages. This policy applies to consumers who use and subscribe to the Websites, real estate professionals and companies who use and subscribe to the Website, and any other visitor who uses or subscribes to the Website (collectively referred to herein as “you,” “your” “professional,” “user,” or “visitor.” Please note that there may be links to other companies and websites on the Websites that are not owned by ULD, and ULD is not responsible for the privacy policies or content associated with any linked websites. With respect to those companies and websites, this Privacy Policy is inapplicable and you should refer to the privacy policies of those companies and websites or otherwise contact those companies and websites directly.
In conjunction with this policy, you should also review our Terms of Use and, for visitors who subscribe to the Website, our End User License Agreement, for a more complete understanding of the rules and policies that govern your use of the Websites.
Types of Information Collected
When you visit the Websites, ULD collects certain information about your visit, which ULD stores indefinitely. Information collected from you will vary, depending on how you access, visit, or use the Websites, as well as what information you choose to provide to ULD.
Personal Information
PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO URE IS DONE VOLUNTARILY BY YOU. Personal information is individually identifiable information about you that ULD may collect, use, and store on the Websites. For visitors to the website, this information may include, but is not limited to, your full name, a username and password, email address, and phone number. For the paying professional subscribers of the Website that use it for the multiple listing service, ULD may collect your full name, a username and password, address, email address, personal website address, phone numbers, professional license numbers, professional designations, and REALTOR® or other membership affiliation. As a consumer, you may voluntarily choose to provide the above-mentioned personal information to ULD in the course of your use of the Websites, though no such information is required to use the Website. As a professional paying subscriber of the Website for use of the multiple listing service, you may be required to provide some of the above-mentioned personal information in order to properly utilize the Website and comply with the ULD multiple listing service rules, terms of use, and other policies. Your use of the Websites and you voluntarily providing personal information to ULD constitutes your permission for ULD to use your personal information, unless you otherwise notify ULD of your request to have your personal information removed from the Websites pursuant to the instructions provided in this policy. You can also choose not to provide ULD with personal information, however, you may not be able to fully take advantage of the features of the Websites.
Children
The Websites are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 without permission from a parent or guardian. Information Automatically Collected
ULD may collect information about the type of internet browser you are using, the server name and Internet Protocol address through which you access the Websites, the pages you access within the Websites, information about your geographic location, how long you spend on the Websites, information you input into the Websites regarding your contact information or real estate listings, what downloads and/or search queries you have made, what emails you open or links you click, if you navigated to the ULD Websites from another website, and the internet address of where you came from. ULD may personally gather and use this information or obtain and use this information by way of collection of this information from third party companies. “Cookies” are also included information that may be automatically collected.
Cookies
What is a Cookie?
A cookie is a piece of data that may be stored in the browser you use to access the Websites, which enables features and functionality. Cookies allow ULD’s Websites to “remember” your activity or preferences over a length of time or during a particular session. If you’re signed in to the Websites, cookies allow ULD to show you targeted information and personalize your experience.

ULD may have to disclose, transfer, sell, or assign information obtained from you through the Websites to a third party if ULD utilizes companies and individuals who ULD employs or engages to perform services on ULD’s behalf for the Websites or if requested by the government, law enforcement, or via subpoena. ULD may also disclose information if ULD is or may be acquired by another entity or engages in the sale of ULD’s assets. Any release decisions may be made in ULD’s sole discretion without your consent.
Emails
Consumers
Consumers and professionals may voluntarily provide email addresses to ULD. Consumers’ email addresses are not made accessible to real estate professionals (unless the Consumer agrees to make their email addresses available) who subscribe to ULD’s Website, however, professional subscribers do have the ability to manually add and systematically import email addresses of consumers into the Website if those professional subscribers are already in possession of those email addresses. Consumers are required to affirmatively opt-in before they can receive any automated email messages which are generated by ULD on behalf of a professional that subscribes to the Website. Consumers who voluntarily provide email addresses to ULD through the Website consent to receive email communications from ULD, which includes, but is not limited to, promotional, educational, and other subject matters of email communications from ULD.
Professionals
The email addresses and/or the means to contact professionals who subscribe to the Website are made available to other professionals who subscribe to the website in order to facilitate cooperation amongst said professionals in their use of the Website. Professionals who voluntarily provide email addresses to ULD through the Website consent to receive email communications from ULD, which includes, but is not limited to, informational, promotional, educational, and other subject matters of email communications from ULD.
Advertising
ULD utilizes advertisements in its Websites. ULD wants to make these advertisements useful and relevant to you. As a result, ULD may provide advertisements on the Websites based on information collected from you or in relation to your interaction with the Websites. The advertisers may utilize cookies and other technologies to your online activity and to learn what types of information are of most interest to you. Use of these technologies by the advertisers is subject to the advertisers’ own privacy policies.
How ULD Protects Information
ULD takes reasonable measures to ensure that any information collected is protected. Consumers
Consumers who subscribe to the Website can access and change personal information provided to ULD by signing in to the Website and accessing the Account Settings page. Consumers who wish to have their personal information removed from the Website must submit their request in writing to [email protected].
Professionals
Professionals who subscribe to the Website can access and change personal information provided to ULD by signing in to the Website and accessing the Account Settings page. Some personal information that a professional has provided to ULD can only be modified by contacting ULD, which can be done using the link below:
