There are a lot of realtors out there, but I honestly don’t think anyone could’ve handled our sale the way Barret did. He was patient, steady, and always on top of things. From the second agreement on, he guided us through some complicated parts and made the whole process feel manageable. Jacob was great to work with too, and together they made a really solid team. We’re grateful for everything they did to help us get it done, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
5 STARS ALL GHE WAY! What a great experience! I’ve renovated houses for a decade and sold FSBO and with a realtor paying 6%. I knew there had to be a way to get on the MLS without paying 2 realtors. I found Falaya online as a Flat Fee Realtor. After asking tons of questions, I took the leap and signed up. Barret and his team did a great job walking me through the APP and I never once felt any pressure.
