Falaya brings a new way to sell real estate and it worked for me. For the initial fee of $500, they helped list my home on various sites, were there to answer questions about the process, helped with the forms and offered advice. The cost was another $500 at the closing. I was very happy with Falaya.
I've sold two houses using Falaya, and had a great experience each time. The first time I got the middle package, and got great support from Barret and the team. This time I went for the "economy" plan, as I've bought and sold quite a few houses by now. I still got good support, all the paperwork was done quickly. I accepted a decent (but not fantastic) cash offer and closed in two weeks. The Falaya team is very responsive, and easy to work with.I saved around $10,000 in total seller agent commissions in the two houses sold with Falaya.
